Commencement of marriage ceremonies the bride’s family arrives at the marriage venue or ‘kalyanamandappam’ one day prior to the wedding. The venue is decorated with ‘kolam’s (attractive designs made with rice powder paste) and flowers. In readiness for the arrival of the groom and his family, the bride’s family keeps ‘chandan’ (sandalwood paste), ‘kumkum’ (vermilion), rose water, sugar candy, garlands.our services:milk-gova and traditonal sweets with new vessels, cool drinks or hot drinks, nadaswaram & melam, aarthi,etc…will be arranged in proper manner.
